Why our staff?
Qualifications: we hire dedicated teachers and encourage and support their professional development. Our teachers have credentials, experience and professional development that have been assessed by Grow NJ Kids during the accreditation process in May 2019.
Experience: some of our teachers have been with us for almost 20 years and many of them for more than 12 years! We have a lower turnover of staff than most centers! Our teachers are highly invested on our children and their families.
Investment: we are privately own. Our teachers are what set us apart from the rest, so we invest on them accordingly!
Ratios: we have lower ratios and class sizes than what it is required by the state.
Each employee is fingerprinted and subject to a background check from The Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) Unit. All teachers are CPR and First Aid trained!
